Best calibration for guitar hero 3 wii11/20/2023 It's simply the fact that they need dongles to work, and that they aren't reliable and are hard to find that makes Guitar Hero on PS3 so awful to play on. Like the games and guitars themselves aren't bad at all. The PS3 versions are the worst versions, simply because of the unreliable dongles I explained earlier. If you already have Wii guitars to connect to a PC, then an adapter for PS2 guitars is not needed. So if you want to own every single console Guitar Hero game, get the Neversoft games on Wii, and the Harmonix games on PS2. The Wii also doesn't have the Harmonix games. And you don't need extra hardware if you want to play them on a PC. And the Wii guitars are also the best, and feel really nice to play on. But it shouldn't be a problem if you don't care about the graphics. They only lack the graphics of the 360 and PS3 versions. In summary, I'd say that the Wii is the best console to play Guitar Hero on. Wireless guitars have awful input lag when connected to a PC The only thing that's new are the songs and their charts And GH5 and Band Hero uses the World Tour engine, and does not have most of the new features from the 360, PS3 and Wii versions. No matter how much I calibrate in these games, they still feel very clunky to play All Guitar Hero games starting from World Tour are really awful in terms of gameplay. Harmonix Guitar Hero games (GH1, GH2 and GH80s) are best played on PS2 Wii guitar build quality is nearly perfect Wii versions of GH World Tour, GH5 and Band Hero has exclusive features from the other versions. No extra hardware needed (as long as your PC supports Bluetooth) Despite having no dongle, you can connect Wii guitars directly to PC using WiiTar Thing. Wireless guitars doesn't need a dongle, are plugged in to a wii remote instead Les Paul PS3 guitars have awful input lag Those USB dongles are not reliable 100% of the time! You do not want the PS3 guitars if you're going for FC's, as disconnections are random, and can happen at any moment Those USB dongles are proprietary, can break easily, and are hard to find nowadays Uses USB dongles that can be plugged directly to a PC Same as Xbox 360 in terms of graphics and guitar build quality Press the green fret to start the Automatic Calibration process. Using your guitar, navigate to Options in the Main Menu. Wireless guitars needs a wireless receiver to be played on PC The Beatles: Rock Band, Rock Band 2, and Rock Band 3 guitars have a pair of sensors in them that will actually calibrate for you It’s great, and easy to use Here’s how you start. Except Guitar Hero 1 and Rocks The 80's Xplorer wired guitar uses USB cable, so the guitar is plug and play for PC
